Glucomannan is an ideal dietary fibre and excellent cooking ingredient for health purposes. Konjac Glucomannan can be beneficial for managing constipation, blood sugar levels, weight, high cholesterol and acne.

Directions for Use

Before meals, add 1g (approx a quarter of a teaspoon) to 250mls of cold water, mix and drink immediately.

Konjac as a Food. Add to food when a thickening agent is required. For example, Konjac is a very effective alternative to corn starch flour when thickening sauces, soups and gravies.
